Return Policy

All items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of receipt. Items must be in original condition and with tags attached. All returns will incur a $25 restocking fee. All defective items may be repaired/exchanged at no cost.
To return or exchange:

Please email custservice@brynanicole.com and include your name, item, address, phone number, and reason for return. All returns must be shipped within 3 days after receiving a return authorization. Please include your return number along with the credit card number and expiration date of the card used when returning the item.

Shipping

All orders will ship within 48 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Same day delivery can be available in San Francisco for urgent orders.
